The Monograno Matt line by Felicetti is born from the homonymous variety of durum wheat that gives its best when cultivated in the lands of Puglia and Sicily.
Mixed with the water from the Dolomites and the air (the three components of pasta), it is crafted to perfection by the master pasta maker, thanks also to recipes that originated over 100 years ago and that have been continuously improved, also thanks to the stringent controls carried out during production.
The history of Pastificio Felicetti has more than a hundred years.

It meets the best toppings in a unique combination, of great character and formidable expressive power.
The recommended cooking time is 12 minutes for this square spaghetti. We recommend stirring for a couple of minutes, to be deducted from the cooking time.
During cooking, it releases its scent of summer hay, light dried coconut, and freshly pulled pasta.
The flavor is primordial, like stone-baked bread, butter, and bamboo.
Store in a cool, dry place and after opening, close carefully.
Compared to regular spaghetti, the square one perhaps gives a little more pleasure when it has to be bitten!
