Elegant classic method made from Chardonnay grapes, the Brut Nature is the first sparkling wine produced by Cenci in their owned vineyards without the addition of sugars to enhance the natural expression of the territory of Valsugana.

This Trento Doc Brut Nature by "Cenci" is produced using a guyot training system with a density of 6000 vines per hectare and has a yield of 80/90 quintals per hectare, or 2.5 - 3 kg per plant.
The ideal soil is calcareous, and harvesting is done manually in the first decade of September.
The winemaking is carried out through fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures, with malolactic fermentation completed.
The aging occurs through secondary fermentation in the bottle with 30 months of aging on the lees.
