This Spumante Moss Extra Dry is produced in the vineyards of the Treviso hills, in Valpiana, Veneto. It is distinguished by its fine froth, crafted using the short charmant method. It has a lean, fruity taste and an exotic aroma. Bright color. On the palate, it presents itself harmoniously with the unmistakable creaminess that characterizes the prosecco Valpiana.

The production takes place in the classic vineyard areas of the Prosecco region, where the soil is soft, well-structured, clayey with the presence of skeleton, and rich in organic matter with a neutral-alkaline pH. The vineyards are completely situated on the southern slopes of the hills. The training system is the characteristic double overturned method.
The harvest is concentrated in the second decade of September.
