This Marche Igt "Passerina" Cherri d’Acquaviva from 2021 is produced using a growing system that involves the row with Guyot pruning, with a planting density of 5000 vines/Ha. The grapes are harvested in the first days of October. The grape variety is grown in a mainly clayey soil rich in microelements. As for the production technology, it includes a cold prefementative maceration of 24 hours, with a soft pressing of the grapes. Finally, the alcoholic fermentation develops at a controlled temperature, and the maturation takes place in steel tanks for several months.
