This Radiosa Docg "Passerina" by Cherri d'Acquaviva from 2021 is produced using a cold prefementative maceration technology for 24 hours, with a gentle pressing of the grapes. The alcoholic fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature and the subsequent maturation takes place in steel tanks for a few months.
