The production process of the Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC involves a gentle crushing followed by a short maceration with the skins, lasting between 16 and 24 hours. The fermentation takes place in pink, at a controlled temperature, to ensure the maximum expression of the wine's aromatic profile. After fermentation, the wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and the integrity of its organoleptic characteristics. Finally, bottling is carried out in a sterile line and vacuum sealing.
