The Hazelnut Cream Delizia is made exclusively from Corylus Avellana hazelnuts, specifically the prized Tonda Gentile Trilobata cultivar, renowned for its excellence. The hazelnuts used are mechanically shelled, calibrated by size, and subjected to a careful roasting process. After roasting, they are meticulously selected by hand to ensure only the highest quality, followed by refining to obtain a perfect cream.
The aroma and fragrance of this product authentically evoke the typical characteristics of Nocciola Piemonte IGP, free from bitter or rancid notes, offering a delicate and unmistakable flavor.
