Caciottina spiced with pepper

Caciottella of the canestrato type made from cow's milk. During processing, sarawak black pepper seeds are added.

After aging for 1-2 months, it is coated with ground black pepper. This way, the pepper flavor is particularly pronounced all the way to the core.
