Soave is a beautiful walled medieval town dominated by an ancient Scaliger castle in the province of Verona, to the east.

In addition to being famous for the production of one of the most renowned white wines in the world, it also sees the production by a small artisan butcher of this Prosciutto crudo, which has been winning over the tables of the best Veronese and Italian restaurants for some years now.

Made from the thigh of large-sized national pork. Sweet and refined with a well-balanced fat component and a particularly silky tactile sensation.
