Obtained from the selection of the best hind legs of the heavy Italian pig, raised on a carefully studied diet to give it the characteristic rosy color and the unmistakable sweet flavor, Poggio is an exclusive ham presented on the bone.
To prepare this ham, the best hind legs of the heavy Italian pig, raised for 10 months on a diet designed to enhance the healthiness and sweetness of the main product of the highest Italian cold cuts, have been selected.
Poggio is exclusively selected for you with the bone, certain that the maximum quality of the ham is expressed in the intact product.
The Prosciutto Crudo of Salumificio Pedrazzoli is also presented in the Black & White version, meaning white pig and black pig.
