Expertly crafted by the master pasta maker, during cooking it releases its aroma of summer hay, light dehydrated coconut, and freshly pulled pasta; the flavor is primal, like stone-baked bread, butter, and cotton candy.
It starts from selected grains to reach the pasta production at the plant in Predazzo, in Trentino Alto Adige, where pure and clear spring water is used.
