The Aromatic Organic Black Rice is a variety of Italian rice characterized, in addition to its dark color, by a high presence of starch, dietary fiber, and vitamins B and B1, and by the scarcity of fatty acids and proteins.
This type of rice, due to its qualities and flavor, is very versatile in cooking. There are different cooking methods to which it can be subjected: from frying pan to pot, from pressure cooker to pilaf cooking.
This particular variety of rice is distinguished from other "black" types by its characteristic aroma of sandalwood and freshly baked bread. It has a small and highly nutritious grain.
