The Tonda Gentile delle Langhe or Tonda Gentile Trilobata (TGT) is a protected Piedmont hazelnut with IGP certification since 2016, and here you can enjoy it in all its fragrance and goodness.

These toasted hazelnuts are the main ingredient for the most famous Piedmontese creations, both sweet and savory. Fragrant and rich in flavor, they have a low sugar content and a significant percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients: Toasted TGT hazelnuts (100%).
The hazelnuts are cultivated and processed by the agricultural company La Peracca.

The Piedmont hazelnuts Tonda Gentile delle Langhe are widely used especially in pastry, but they are also an excellent ingredient for homemade desserts, either chopped or ground into flour for making cookies or cakes.
They can also be used for preparing savory dishes: in pestos, instead of pine nuts or almonds, hazelnuts can be easily used, pairing well with basil and parsley.
