Here since the sixties is the salumificio of Walter Brianza, which has distinguished itself for the typical excellence product of the Berico - Euganei territory: the Prosciutto Veneto DOP Berico Euganeo. A delicacy that is not yet very well known but is increasingly attracting gourmet lovers and devoted chefs. A centuries-old tradition for a product that prefers to be sliced with a knife in a vice and has an aromatic complexity like the great Friulian hams.
