The Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Ai Galli was founded around the 1970s and develops between the borders of Veneto and Friuli Venezia-Giulia, the cradle of a Terroir highly suited for grape cultivation since the time of the ancient Romans.

Born from a deep love for its land and driven by an unconditional passion for wine and its work, the Ai Galli winery currently boasts a vineyard area that covers approximately sixty hectares, located in the eastern part of Veneto, falling within the territory of the controlled designation of origin “Venezia-Lison-Pramaggiore”.

For over forty years, a single true objective: the pursuit of excellence in wine, through the creation of products that reflect the noblest values of elegance, balance, and respect for authenticity.

Ai Galli: wine born of a unique Terroir

The Ai Galli winery is immersed in the harmony of a landscape shaped by viticulture, developing over sixty hectares of property, cultivated with care, in respect of the rhythms that nature imposes.

The uniqueness of the Terroir of the Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Ai Galli arises from the perfect union of ideal pedo-climatic characteristics for grape cultivation and the precious human value passed down for decades. An indissoluble bond between Earth and Man, capable of bringing to light great wines, interpreters of a unique style in the search for perfect balance.

The vines grow on soils of clayey nature, rich in minerals, characterized by a thin surface layer of calcium carbonate, known as Caranto. Exposure to winds creates a significant temperature difference between day and night, allowing for a perfect ripening of the vineyard's fruits.

The Azienda Agricola Vitivinicola Ai Galli carries out all raw material transformation processes with utmost care, from fermentation processes to maturation and refinement. The meticulous selection process upon arrival at the winery enhances the concept of single vineyard, “Cru”, maximizing the expression of authenticity.

This careful and meticulous processing allows us to taste wines with a particular organoleptic profile: from Pinot Grigio to Sauvignon, from Chardonnay to Verduzzo, moving on to reds, such as Cabernet, Merlot, Refosco, and Malbec, concluding with sparkling wines and Spumanti.
