The Biscottificio Guerra was founded in Mercatello sul Metauro, a small town in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region. In this village, the two brothers Marco and Antonio began their adventure.
The Guerra brothers both have a background marked by great experience in the field of pastry-making. In fact, Antonio attended courses in prestigious Italian and French schools, such as the Ecole Lenôtre and Patisserie Paillasson; he later traveled as a consultant and teacher in various parts of the world, including Siberia, China, Canada, Germany, France, and even the United Arab Emirates. Antonio then became a teacher at the school "Arte Dolce" in Rimini.
Marco's journey is also long and rich in experience. He is a lover of healthy pastry and an expert connoisseur and experimenter of natural leavening agents based on ferments, and his talent allows the company to consistently develop healthy and organic products.
