Initially, it was great-grandfather Francesco Marchi who started the production of vinegar for personal use and for a few close friends, later it was grandfather Nellusco from 1965 who continued the family business, finding a market in the production and consumption of the Black Gold of Modena.

Throughout history, the Modena territory and the raw materials used to produce quality Balsamic Vinegar have always been valued.

The Modena company has multiple barrels for the maturation of IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and more. The mission is to promote true Modenese excellence worldwide. Vinegar and more, of course: Acetaia Marchi also produces excellent flavored Balsamic Condiments, as well as jams, fruit preserves, sauces, and other products based on Balsamic Vinegar.

A recent addition to their catalog is the Organic IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Their products are all unique and certified, of high quality, aimed at true connoisseurs of Modena vinegar, families, retailers, distributors, and all those operating in the GDO and Ho.Re.Ca. sectors.

Today, Acetaia Marchi offers those who wish to discover the fascinating Balsamic world five different products: Platinum seal IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Organic IGP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and DOP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which differ from each other in terms of aging, taste, and bouquet.

A portfolio of authentic and genuine products, made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, free from thickeners, colorings, preservatives, antioxidants, sweeteners, and added sulfites.
To produce the products, the natural, artisanal, manual, and traditional processing method is used. This requires more time than industrial procedures but allows typical products of true excellence to reach everyone's tables.
