We are in Bitonto, a town famous for its historic center, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We are in Bitonto, equally famous for its charming rural landscape, typical of Puglia, characterized by ancient olive groves, vineyards, and fields of golden wheat.
 

Tenuta Pere Rosse: Family Tradition

Building on these premises, Michele and Francesca Tassiello founded in 2015 the "Tenuta Pere Rosse," a winery and olive oil company, the result of the passion and tradition of the Tassiello family in the viticulture and oil sector.

What distinguishes Tenuta Pere Rosse is its natural attention to quality. Starting from the basics, the company is committed to ensuring high-quality and genuine products. The Tassiello family has always emphasized their passion for vine cultivation, and this distinctive element is reflected in their products.
 

Tradition and Modernity

Tenuta Pere Rosse combines tradition and modernity. The harvesting of the grapes is still done by hand to preserve their freshness, but new technologies for destemming and fermentation have been gradually introduced. This combination of traditional practices and the use of advanced technologies allows for the production of high-quality wines that respect the ancient winemaking traditions of the Bitonto area and Alta Murgia.

The company has constantly expanded its range of cultivated grape varieties, offering customers a wide choice. In addition to local wines like Primitivo, Negroamaro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero di Troia, Montepulciano, Malvasia, and Pinot Grigio, Tenuta Pere Rosse is also dedicated to the production of high-quality olive oil.

Even the bottles reflect this dichotomy: the wine line takes the name Bibèo, from the Latin "to drink" and is paired with a modern label and superior quality paper.
