Who is Gianni?

He is a passionate and curious Sicilian who, after completing his studies in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Messina, begins working as a Senior Manager in a multinational food company.

He did this job for about 20 years, becoming an expert in the regulation of extracts, infusions, and essential oils from plants, fruits, and flowers.

Gianni, fascinated by the science of food and the chemical interactions that bring flavors and aromas to life, becomes a promoter of the creation of new products and is committed to optimizing the production processes adopted or testing new ones.

His creativity and passion drive him to want to create something unique: the result of the meeting between his beloved chemistry and his love for his land, Sicily.

Thus, he embarks on a new journey, increasingly enriching his knowledge base and seeking to realize his dream: to create unique liqueurs that combine herbal tradition with his scientific skills.

Gianni, always maintaining great respect for nature and ingredients, experiments with new combinations, creating unique and surprising tasting experiences. He also manages to build a workshop immersed in greenery, among the countryside of the place he has always loved: Monforte San Giorgio, the small village where he was born and where he lives!
This workshop becomes his happy island, the place where he can experiment, give space to his imagination, and realize his dream!
