The Sorrento brewery was born from the project of bringing a microbrewery to Sorrento.
The story actually begins with the homebrewing experience of Giuseppe, who needed to build a small home setup and decided to involve Francesco in this work.
Their creations began to gain popularity, and they thought about the possibility of starting their own brewery, but at first, there were a thousand setbacks.
Gradually moving towards the birth of the Sorrento Brewery
From 2009 to 2013, the setup was rented, and from the friendship with Mario Cipriano first (Birrificio Karma) and Nello Marciano (Birrificio Maneba) later, in 2009, the Beer Firm Birrificio Sorrento was born.
However, after a few years, they felt the need to have their own setup and chose, with great sacrifices, to create a less ambitious parallel project to the main one. In fact, their dream was to establish a Brewery starting from the warehouse for which they purchased land.
Today, the brewery is located in Massa Lubrense, the green heart of the Sorrento peninsula.
The beers are born from their recipes, experimented with, perfected, and personally produced.
