In the small municipality of Belfiore, the Gemma family has been landowners for generations, with fields dedicated to agriculture, particularly fruit production.
On the ancient lands of this prestigious family, the Belfiore Fruit and Vegetable Consortium was established in 1957, which has since grouped together farmers and sharecroppers who had worked these fields until that moment.
From the experience and passion for apples of the Belfiore Fruit and Vegetable Consortium, the CENTOperCENTO juice line was born, a product concept where attention to the production process, which is and will always remain artisanal, leads to a 100% apple juice, without added water, sugars, colorants, or preservatives.
The CentoperCento Project
The promoter of the project is Stefano Faedo, President of the Consortium since 2018 and a strong supporter of the CentoperCento juice production project, which is realized with the cultivation of the members and is the result of a meticulous selection of raw materials.
The main objective is to enhance the characteristic products of the area, paying attention to sustainable production in the countryside and a low energy impact in the warehouses, also thanks to the installation of modern photovoltaic systems.
The intent is to introduce these natural products to an increasingly aware public seeking healthy and unprocessed foods.
The COB of Belfiore: since 1957 a consolidated reality in the Veronese fruit and vegetable sector
The Belfiore Fruit and Vegetable Consortium, in the Veronese area, has been an agricultural cooperative for about 70 years. Now established, it is able to expand and evolve to share the fruits of its labor, such as the CentoperCento apple juice.
