The Birra Minerva from the Birrificio Sorrento is a brown beer with blood-colored highlights, abundant cappuccino-colored foam. When sniffed, it has a caramel aroma with strong toasted notes reminiscent of dried fruit, with hints of smokiness, cocoa, citrus orange, and chestnut honey.
