The Tartufata sauce by Tartufi Bianconi is a bit of the emblem of the taste and aroma of Umbria, a delicacy that you would never get tired of savoring!
It is a sauce made with sautéed mushrooms and truffle, a truly very simple recipe, but it hits you straight in the heart. It contains 5% summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) and has an excellent yield: you only need a tiny bit to give every dish an unmistakable flavor.

Perfect to add to fried eggs and to fill tortellini or ravioli. Great with hot yellow or white Venetian polenta.
To fill Venetian-style baccalà mantecato or for small appetizers and exquisite hors d'oeuvres. It is suitable for dressing canapés, bruschetta, and for accompanying meats.
It can be used as is, or combined with cream or mayonnaise. A must-try with scaloppine and on top of tagliata!
Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place, after opening keep in the refrigerator and consume within 6 days.
