This is a grappa that comes from the gathering of pomace from various types of white grape varieties, which after distillation undergoes a period of aging in oak barrels. In this way, the wood releases its aromas and particularly enhances the concentration and smoothness.

The vintage 2002 is produced with pomace from a particularly fresh and balanced year. The grappa is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. This vintage is drier compared to the 2004 but still maintains a nice aromatic profile and roundness given by the wood aging. It is an excellent Reserve grappa for a digestif and pairs well with dark chocolate 60 - 70% or a cream chantilly cake. It is also enjoyable with a good Toscano cigar.
