Portions per person. Minimum 70 g (with a 300g piece, you can get 4)
Serving temperature. Ambient, max 20°C
Pairing. The first condiment is a delicious and intriguing combination of oranges and ginger from the Fontana BIO farm, which specifically developed this product for pairing with cheeses. Finally, a red onion mustard for a sweeter and more exuberant pairing.
Wine. Two wines in particular, a structured white, and we recommend Amedeo Custoza Superiore from Cavalchina, finally a red such as Maremma Toscana IGT from Podere San Cristoforo, a classy wine!
