Pepper Sausage 250g

Sausage is one of the most common and well-known cured meats of the Italian tradition, particularly in Southern Italy. The sausage from the Giannelli family contains Black Pepper from Madagascar which, besides having a significant aromatic character, also has a very important preservative value. This sausage contains no type of preservative or antioxidant. It is made with 100% Italian meat from pigs raised in Roccia di Ariano Irpino in the province of Avellino. As a preservative, honey is used, which, contrary to popular belief, does not provide sweetness but serves only an antibacterial function. It is lactose-free and gluten-free. To ensure maximum freshness, we have arranged with the producer for direct delivery from the sausage factory, so you can reserve the product.
