Whole boneless PDO Parma Riserva Raw Ham

Perex suctum is the Parma DOP from the Ruliano company in Langhirano (PR). A prestigious reality that produces only from farms of pigs in the Po Valley and uses neither preservatives nor additives but only sea salt.

Everything else is done by the air of the Parmense hills and the perfect humidity level of these places where this delicacy has been produced for centuries.

It is aged 18 months - 20 months, deboned and pressed.

Excellent ham with a pink color and a nice, very delicate and limited marbling. The meat is soft and feels very melt-in-your-mouth and juicy on the palate.

The interesting sweetness is balanced by the savoriness and the aromatic qualities of the aged meat.

A great product, perfect for deluxe aperitifs with classic method sparkling wines and fine predominantly white wines. Also goes well with fruity rosé sparkling wines.
