Francesco Galliano Blanc de Blancs Brut

This brut sparkling wine made with the traditional method brings with it all the beauty of the Langhe Astigiane touched by the Marin breeze blowing from the south.

A foam with very fine bubbles that envelops a light straw yellow color with still greenish reflections. This product is a true feast for the senses, ideal for special occasions.

Features

Composition: 100% Chardonnay fermented in inox tanks. The grapes were grown at 410 meters above sea level on a slope of 17% with eastward exposure. Actual alcohol content 13.0% vol. The sparkling wine at 20°C presents itself with 5.0 atmospheres

Tasting

Its aroma is structured with sensations of fruit, lime, aromatic herbs, and honey, acacia flowers that enhance the nature of the Chardonnay. Beautiful entry in the mouth making it very seductive, long, and harmonious. The taste is the main feature of this Blanc de Blancs as it expresses the true characteristics of a great grape in a very hostile territory.
