The Panettone Tutto Burro is a very soft baked product with a delicate flavor, the perfect sweet to conclude Christmas lunch or dinner.

It is a typical dessert that comes from the Milanese culinary tradition, commonly referred to as "panatònn" in Lombard. The origins of panettone have their roots in the cuisine of the court of Ludovico il Moro. He commissioned the chef to prepare a sumptuous Christmas lunch to which many nobles were invited. During the preparation of the dessert, however, something went wrong and the sweet almost burned. A little servant, Toni, found the solution for the chef: he suggested bringing to the table the dessert he had prepared that morning, with the few remaining ingredients in the pantry: flour, butter, eggs, candied citron, and raisins.
The chef, having no other alternatives, accepted the servant's proposal and brought his sweet to the table. All the diners were astonished by the goodness of the dessert, congratulating the chef on his creation. It was then that the chef revealed his secret saying: "l'è 'l pan del Toni", meaning Toni's bread (panettone).
