The Blu aged in chestnut leaves is a true surprise that will leave you pleasantly impressed. It is a blue cheese made from cow's milk that then undergoes a special aging process. At I Sapori del Portico, the cheese is wrapped in chestnut leaves collected from the area of Monte Baldo, the mountain overlooking Lake Garda, and stored in hermetically sealed glass containers.

The texture is rich and buttery; on the palate, it is intense, aromatic, with very persistent acidic and saline undertones, and it tends to become spicy as it ages.
