The Green Tomato Jam by Ricetta91 is a healthy, genuine product sourced from sustainable agriculture. The aim of Matteo and Luca from Ricetta91 is, in fact, to offer authenticity through top-quality raw materials, cultivated and processed directly in their company with full respect for the environment.
Preparation: Tomatoes harvested at mid-ripeness and processed within 24 hours, cut and left to macerate with sugar and homemade white wine for at least 12 hours. Slow cooking until the desired density is reached.
Ingredients: green tomatoes, sugar, white wine.
Shelf Life: 2 years if kept in perfect storage conditions, that is in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 20°C, in an airtight package, vacuum-sealed and protected from light.

Shelf Life: 2 anni tenuto in perfette condizioni di conservazione, cioè in luogo asciutto, temperatura non superiore ai 20°C, confezione ermeticamente chiusa, sottovuoto e al riparo dalla luce.
