The Custoza broccoli, in quantities of 1kg, are perfect in the classic combination: boiled eggs, salami, a piece of cheese, and boiled broccoli. All paired with a Custoza wine, of course. To appreciate it in its purity, just cook it boiled or steamed and drizzle it with a touch of oil and salt.
