The herb-cured pancetta by Corrado Benedetti offers sensory emotions that you will certainly remember. Once it is carefully trimmed, it is placed to cure for at least 90 days. After that, the seasoning is done strictly by hand with various peppercorns, aromas, and herbs from the Lessini Mountains.
To the eye, it shows the dark tones of the external seasoning and the rosy brushstrokes of the meat balanced with the white fatty part. It emits a fragrance with spicy hints and notes of juniper. On the palate, it is soft and delivers flavors with light herbal and garlic undertones.
