A very tasty tart, made of soft shortcrust pastry and filled with a delicious high fruit content jam (at least 70% apricots). Without preservatives.
Pasta Frolla (37.5%): wheat flour, sugar, eggs, vegetable fats (palm and coconut in varying proportions) and vegetable oils (sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (palm), sunflower lecithin; leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, wheat starch, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavorings, coloring: beta-carotene.
Filling (62.5%): apricot jam (apricots 70%, cane sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, calcium citrate).
