This is a magnificent Classic Panettone that rises for more than four days and is handcrafted before being placed into the mold. The candied fruits are always made directly in the kitchens of La Tana Gourmet and are incredibly fresh and creamy on the palate. The dough is soft and velvety. The glaze on the surface is decidedly soft and fragrant.
The classic Panettone by Gesmakh Alessandro Dal Degan is an irresistible delicacy! To have excellent quality, it is advisable to keep the product, for about an hour, near a heat source (like a stove or a radiator) closed in its packaging.
It is sensitive to humidity and is subject to natural weight loss.
Store in a cool and dry place.
