Panettone made exclusively with mother yeast with about 40 hours of processing. A product that has very particular flavorings making it a perfect dessert for all year round. In the dough, there is no butter but extra virgin olive oil, along with raisins and fine Piedmont hazelnuts.

In addition to the hazelnuts, there is the raisins which remain fresh and soft on the palate.

The long fermentation lasting up to forty hours has a decisive impact on the fragrance and aroma of the dough. The slow cooking allows avoiding any toasted spots on the panettone, resulting in a pleasant coloring that invites tasting.
