The Perfede Riesling Monferrato Bianco DOC from the Azienda Agricola Borgo Maragliano is a high-quality white wine, produced from the extraordinary Riesling grape grown on the hills of Loazzolo, in the province of Asti, in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe. The Monferrato bianco is indeed a DOC wine whose production is permitted in the provinces of Alessandria and Asti.
This wine is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color. The aroma is intense and very pleasant, while the taste is fresh and dry, sometimes lively.
Alcohol content: 10% vol.
The Perfede Riesling Monferrato Bianco DOC from the Azienda Agricola Borgo Maragliano is ideal for pairing with appetizers made of fresh cheeses or eggs.
Moreover, it is truly excellent when paired with white meats as well as with soups in general.
