The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP 3 Medals from Acetaia Giusti was created in the 1800s by Riccardo Giusti, who loved to gift it to his relatives and the most special people.
This vinegar is made from musts of mature and dried grapes, offering aromas of plum jams and red fruits that intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in this balsamic vinegar of great density and sweetness, perfect for dressing a variety of preparations from sweet to savory.
It is aged in barriques with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar taken from batteries of centuries-old barrels.
Must from cooked grapes, Wine Vinegar.
It pairs very well with fresh stuffed pasta, tagliatelle and fillets of beef, soft cheeses, seasonal fresh fruit, and dessert for meditation.
