The Cotta 21 Craft Beer from the Mastri Birrai Umbri is a delicious unfiltered and unpasteurized blonde beer, refermented in the bottle, produced using the traditional method of top fermentation. This incredible blonde beer is created from the selection of the finest Italian spelt and the best malts.
Of blonde and hazy color, it has a persistent and compact foam. The aroma is rich in citrus notes, with spicy hints and summer fruit. The delicate and smooth taste of spelt is accompanied by the herbal notes of the hops that the Mastri Birrai have expertly selected.
The Cotta 21 craft beer from Mastri Birrai Umbri is ideal as an aperitif. It pairs perfectly with fresh cheeses, fish, and shellfish.
The top fermentation method and the lack of filtration can create a natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle.
