Amanda is the world's first "pasta" made from legumes that can be "risottato" with just under a glass of water and a little salt: it only takes a few minutes to bring all the flavors, aromas, colors, and especially the nutritional values of the seed harvested in the field back to the plate. All this with a significant saving of water, energy, time, and little salt.
I Yellow Pea Noodles and Eggs by Amanda are a dish rich in proteins, vitamins, and plant fibers, energetic and highly digestible because they contain very few fats and sugars. They are excellent as a first course, but also as a second course or paired with another dish and are ideal for everyone who loves consuming noble plant proteins and wants to reduce gluten and meat intake.
Ingredients: Yellow Pea Flour, Eggs, Pure Water. No use of thickening agents, colorants, flavor enhancers, or texturizers.
Cooking time: 6/7 minutes sautéed from dry with very little water and a pinch of salt. 3 minutes in plenty of salted water + 1 minute in a pan.
Naturally gluten-free pasta, but produced in a facility that uses it.
