The Local Salami with Garlic from Salumificio Freoni Danzi is a cured product made from pure national pork, stuffed into a natural casing and manually tied with twine. It is a typical Veneto salami with a lean and sweet filling, truly very good.
To create this salami, only high-quality meats from Italian pigs are used, which are processed using artisanal methods, following the ancient recipe passed down by the Freoni Danzi family. After a curing period of 60-90 days, here is a highly genuine product of excellent quality.
