The Nostrano Salami from Salumificio Freoni Danzi is a cured product made from pure national pork, stuffed into a natural casing and tied by hand with twine. It is a typical cured meat of Veneto with a lean mix and without garlic, really very good.
To create this salami, only high-quality meats from Italian pigs are used, which are processed artisanally, following the ancient recipe handed down by the Freoni Danzi family. After a maturation of 60-90 days, here is a highly genuine product of excellent quality.
