Tasting the spreadable cream Cioccovisciola, initially, one can perceive the melting chocolate on the palate, followed by the creaminess of the milk chocolate, and finally the hints and acidity of the visciola that provide freshness to the palate. This is an excellent cream to spread on bread or toasted slices, to pair with desserts or with aged cow's milk cheeses, like Parmigiano Reggiano.
