Ingredients: wheat flour, candied fruit (orange peel and lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, sugar, water, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), multi-flower honey, salt, vanilla.
Glazing: sugar, raw almonds, egg white, apricot kernels, hazelnuts, rice flour, potato starch, granulated sugar, cocoa, powdered sugar.
May contain traces of nuts, pistachios, soy, sesame, and peanuts.

For generations, the Classic Colomba has represented Easter and it cannot be missing from our tables during this season. As a pairing, we recommend a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, delicately sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling. A good Gewürztraminer or a Lugana DOC can be a great choice, but alongside a Franciacorta or a Prosecco the result is more... festive!
