The Wagyu Punta d'Anca Bresaola from Salumificio Sosio is an incredible gourmet cured meat made exclusively from the tail end of high-quality Wagyu cattle, freshly processed. It represents, for a bresaola, the highest expression in terms of olfactory and taste experience!

The Wagyu cattle, smaller in size and slow-growing, produce one of the most prized meats in the world. Having become a true legend in Japan, this animal is now raised in various parts of the world. Its meat is a true celebration of goodness and taste experience, so tender and succulent, and it is also very beautiful to look at, as it features a distinct "marbling", meaning a dense pattern of fine streaks of unsaturated fat that resemble elegant red marble. It is this intense marbling that gives the meat a unique soft and juicy texture.

Very pleasant to the palate for its tenderness and its sensation of still fresh meat: it is an excellent cold cut to enjoy during aperitifs with Turinese grissini, on toasted crostini, or on freshly baked warm bread.
