The Dorica Extravirgin Olive Oil "Fruttato Verde" Nera di Oliena Monocultivar is a cultivar present throughout Sardinia and particularly widespread in the central area of the Island. It was selected by Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the project aimed at enhancing the typical cultivars of Sardinia.
Nera di Oliena is a monocultivar that expresses itself envelopingly on the olfactory level, offering fruity notes of medium-ripe tomato with balsamic hints of basil. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with varied vegetal nuances that make it a complex yet profoundly elegant product.
Supply chain guarantee: The harvest, carried out with the aid of mechanical means, is done exclusively directly from the tree, not collecting olives that have fallen to the ground, when the fruit is at a medium ripening stage.
