The White Truffle Cream by Stefania Calugi is the historic truffle cream revisited with the light and delicate taste of the bianchetto truffle. It is a product listed in the AIC Guide (Italian Celiac Association) 2017 and awarded 2 stars by Great Taste Award 2017.
Since 1987, Stefania aimed to enhance the territory and the supply chain of her region, Tuscany, with the goal of building over time an excellence of Made in Italy. Great care is taken both in the selection of raw materials and in the processes of production, always oriented towards constant technological innovation.
Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 3%, sunflower lecithin, salt, spices, flavor. It contains no GMOs.

The White Truffle Cream by Stefania Calugi is excellent on warm crostini, truffled sandwiches, schiacciate, and first courses. The recommended dosage is 20g per person for first courses. You can also use it as is as an ingredient and/or to flavor first courses, second courses, side dishes, appetizers, crostini, and other similar products.
Storage: once opened, store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4°C and consume within a few days.
