The Crema del Tartufaio by Stefania Calugi is an unmistakable cream in color and flavor. It is a pâté made from blending mushrooms, olive oil, and truffles.
Since 1987, Stefania aimed to enhance the territory and supply chain of her region, Tuscany, with the goal of building an excellence in Made in Italy over time. Particular care is taken both in the selection of raw materials and in the execution of processing methods, always oriented towards constant technological innovation.
Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, black olives, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, salt, sunflower lecithin, cuttlefish ink (mollusks), flavoring.
