Usage Instructions

As a seasoning: pour Well Rich Fish Broth directly onto the preparations, before or during cooking, as a total or partial substitute for salt. Ideal for preparing fish-based dishes such as sauces, risottos, soups, pasta dishes, stewed and baked fish, fish fillings, sous-vide cooking, marinades. If necessary, add a little water. One container is ideal for 4 servings.
To prepare the base sauce, to accompany or garnish fish dishes, add to one container up to 500g of water and/or other liquid and additional ingredients as desired. If necessary, boil until the desired consistency and taste are achieved. By increasing or decreasing the amount of water, you can obtain the desired intensity of flavor. If needed, to thicken the sauce, add starch or cornstarch before bringing to a boil.
To prepare creative sauces hot or cold, dressings, and vinaigrettes, add Well Rich Fish Broth to liquid cream, mayonnaise, ricotta, oil, vinegar, lemon and mix until evenly incorporated.

Ingredients: Concentrated white fish broth* (cod, hake, plaice, hake) (30%), butter, salt, lemon juice, white wine, sunflower oil, natural aroma extracted from fish*, dehydrated cod*, vegetable juice and dehydrated vegetables (onion, leek, parsley) (2%), yeast extract, pepper, thickener: Xanthan gum. Antioxidant: Rosemary extract.
