The VT Salento Bianco IGP 2018 by Vetrére is a wine that expresses the gastronomic vocation of Salento, which makes agricultural traditions its identity.
For five generations, the Vetrère company has poured the roots of Salento, its aromas, colors, and the ancestral rhythm of the land into glasses and throughout its range of products.
Grapes: Minutolo
Training method: Guyot
Production Area: Monteiasi, Montemesola, and surrounding areas of the province of Taranto.
Altitude: 20 meters a.s.l.
Processing: Overripe grapes, mechanical harvesting, soft pressing, static clarification, slow fermentation in steel for 30 days, aging on the lees.
Aging: In the bottle for two months.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Ingredienti: uve Minutolo
Allergeni: solfiti
